What we store on your device. The honest answer is: almost nothing, and none of it follows you anywhere.

Property Pro AI sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps and no third-party marketing tags. We do not know how many of you there are, and at this stage we are fine with that.
The only thing we store is the record of what you chose when the cookie banner appeared, so it does not ask you again on every page.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, storing a record of a consent choice is itself exempt from needing consent — otherwise the banner could never remember that you dismissed it.
The site runs on Cloudflare. If Cloudflare's security systems decide a visitor needs checking — usually because the traffic looks automated — it may set a short-lived cookie to record that the check was passed. These are strictly necessary for security and are not used to identify or profile you.

Most visitors will never receive either. At the time of writing, a normal request to this site returns no cookies at all.
There are none. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so loading the page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but our host. No embedded videos, no chat widget, no social buttons that phone home.
This will change when we add a payment checkout, and when it does this page will be updated before the checkout goes live, not after.
Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. In Chrome and Edge that is the padlock in the address bar; in Safari it is Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data; in Firefox it is the padlock, then Clear cookies and site data.
